On this day in history.....

Gabriel Marshall William was born. It was a Tuesday night. The whole week leading up to his birth was insane. Jamie wanted to be there so bad but he just didn't want to come out. We took her to the airport and saw her off, then is was off to my Doctor's appointment. I was 100% effaced and I think I was 5 centimeters. I begged the Doctor to send me to the Hospital to be induced because I was a week over due. He did. We got there at about 5:30 pm, got checked in and began the process to get this kid to come into the world. Mom and Lisa were with me. We were having a good old time. At about 11:30 pm Lisa's husband (ex now) showed up and they went outside. The last thing Lisa said to me before walking out the door was..." DO NOT HAVE THIS BABY WHILE I AM GONE" I was like " right, thats gonna happen". Wouldn't you know it....two pushes and the little sucker was out. Lisa and Joe were coming down the hall when they saw all the Doctor's coming in and out of my room. OMG she was so mad at me. He was born at 11:47 pm. 7 lbs 9 oz. 21 in. Full head of black hair....Moldy cow he was cute. Happy 12th Birthday my little man.
