Ok, I know this isn't as pretty as some of the other cakes I have made, It wasn't easy....It is a homemade Ice cream cake. Gabe picked white cake and mint chocolate chip ice cream. The only problem was that the directions called for two cake mixes and I only bought one......But I remembered that I had a box of brownie mix in the pantry......So the dome part is white cake, the middle is ice cream and the bottom is brownie. MOLDY COW it was good..and cold!
