The first very funny thing of 2008.............

There we were...The boys and I...sitting in Sacrament meeting today (Fast Sunday) when Jared looks over at me and says..."Mom, is today quick Sunday?" HA. I love it!

Jared has discovered the joys of hair gel! After we ate dinner, Jared and I played with his hair. He thought it was awesome that we could split his Mohawk and then do it again with three instead of two. He said " Hey mom, Now I have four different ways I can fix my hair for school! How cool is that?" I thought it was cute.

And for anyone interested in how Gabe is doing....I just talked to him and he says he is doing great. He is having a lot of fun with his dad and his friends. He has been out to dinner with Darrin's mom and she said he looks good and has a good attitude. He went and saw the movie "Stardust" with his dad and step mom. He said it is one of the best movies he has ever seen. I think he is going to see "Transformers" with Loretta, Not sure when. We miss him like crazy around here. He will be home on Saturday....WOO HOO!

It was about 45 minutes before I had to take Jared to school and we were watching Martha Stewart. I went into the kitchen to get a drink and I hear Jared say "Those dog things cook fast". I was like.."What the heck are you talking about". I came back into the living room and he said it again "Those dog things cook fast". I looked at the T.V screen to see what he was talking about.........They were making/cooking Hush Puppies!
OMG...that boy cracks me up...LOL.
