My dear sweet Tallon (Jake) was born. There are no words to express how happy I am to have him back in my life. He has never been far from my mind. I am also so very thankful for his AMAZING Parents, Nathan and Tyanya Smith. You have done such a wonderful job raising him. I knew the second I read your file that you were meant to be his parents. I love you and our son so much.....From the bottom of my heart....THANK YOU!!!
