This is Nate and his Beautiful family. Nate is my neighbor and friend. He and his family live in Idaho, But Nate is up here doing a construction job. His youngest daughter Birklee was born with Hypo Plastic Left Heart Syndrome.
Birklee has had 3 open heart surgeries, The first being the same day she was born. She is now on the transplant list waiting for a new heart.
This is Birklee and her older sister Jasmine.
Nate tells me that Birklee is always happy.
She always has a smile on her face.
I started a charity fund for her and her family to help with their ever growing medical bills. My bank opened the account with $150.00. I made donation cans and a printing company here made 50 posters for me to put up around town.
The thing is.....No one wants to put the cans on their counter and I have only found a few stores that are willing to put up a poster in the window. I was thinking to myself....what else can I do. So here I am. I am hoping that more than a few people will see this.

Oh, Lollie- she is so pretty! That is a sweet thing you are doing. I can tell you have a close place in your heart for this little one and her family. I will do my best and try and send you something.
