Update

Jared lost his right front tooth yesterday. It has been loose for a few months now and he has been trying to wiggle it out, so yesterday he came out of his room and asked me if it was loose enough to pull. I told him he should wait a little longer. He went back in his room and about 5 minutes later he came back out and asked me if it would hurt if I pulled it. I told him it might hurt a little and then he asked me if it would bleed, I told him it would bleed a little........"OK mom, pull it out"! So I did! HA. Now he talks a little funny but it's cute...and yes, Jared has a mohawk!



A couple days ago we found our way to park lake to check out the fishing and as we were making the drive up thru the mountains Jared said something that made me smile...He said "Hey mom, this looks like the place where Joseph Smith prayed." It was very pretty with a lot of leafy trees (not pine trees). When we got there this was the first thing we saw. A big ugly frog that made the funniest noises. Jared had a blast playing with it. He was also happy to see his first tadpole...He kept saying tadapult.

And yet again, Darrin was the only one to catch a fish. We think it was a small cutthroat trout. Jared had to be the one to put it back in the water. I didn't get any pictures of Gabe because he was swimming on the other side of the trees from where we were. It was beautiful out there. We plan on going back......very soon!
