Cherish the memories.........

I have been helping Darrins uncle clean out his grandparents house the past two weeks and to be in that house without G-pa and G-ma is really hard. It feels so weird to go through their stuff, When before G-pa wouldn't let us even go downstairs because it was to dangerous. (LOL) See, G-ma Tess loved to shop! She had QVC and The Home Shopping network on speed dial. There is a room down stairs that is packed with stuff that she bought. Some of it has never been opened. The funny thing is....It isn't just one type of thing....Like for me it would be cows, G-ma Lynn it would be pigs...G-ma Tess...It was everything she saw! She loved the fiber optic stuff. Everything from little fountains to figurines. I took a lot of the sheets so I could make a few memory quilts. Uncle Buster gave me a few things for the boys and I got the little orange smiling budda's that do " See no evil, Hear no evil, Speak no evil " for Darrin cuz he remembers them from when he was little. I am still waiting for Names and dates so I can finish the Lehman family history. I miss G-pa and
G-ma Lehman. They were two very sweet and very funny people.
