Layin on the grass.......

Darrin, Jared and I went down to the open field by the high school football field to fly kites. It was such a pretty day. Not to hot and just enough wind for the kites. Jared is such a silly little boy. He cracks me up. Watching him run to keep the kite up in the air is one of the cutest things I have ever seen. We were taking a break and sitting in the shade looking up at the sky and the few clouds that went by. Darrin and Jared were having fun rolling around in the grass and it was fun to watch Jared jump on his dad. I love days like these. It makes all the stupid crap that people do in the world just disappear for a little while. On our walk home we turned the corner of our street and Darrin noticed an ambulance across the street from Reems ( The little store across the street from our house ) I saw our neighbor standing on the sidewalk so I went to go see if she knew what was going on. When I got up to her I saw two cars in the street that had hit head on. It was pretty bad. I Hope the drivers are ok. I almost went back to take a picture....That's the biggest thing that has happened around here in a long time.....That's a good thing... And I am so thankful :)
